I left you last time on a positive note, saying we appeared to be busier Post Brexit. Then it all went a bit quiet.
So, what happened? Well, the latter isn’t unusual. Barnet and most of the other London Boroughs are very multi cultural so people do travel in all directions over the summer holidays with August in particular being the peak holiday period.
September is always quite busy for us and we are already seeing an increase in the number of new rental properties coming onto the market. They’re letting too.
We expect, (as usual) to be busy from now right up until the New Year as people are either relocating for schools, are starting work in the area or simply just moving up or down sizing so require a new tenancy.
