We have had quite a positive start to August, all things considered and have managed to let two apartments within the same development in High Barnet, another one near New Barnet Station along with three and four bedroom family houses.
So, we can’t complain too much. However, the market is still suffering from a lack of good quality instructions as some of our established landlords unexpectedly sell off while tenants continue to extend their tenancies, limiting the amount of property available to rent.
If you check through my previous blogs you will see that I have been urging you to invest in property here in Barnet. Honestly, you really won’t go too far wrong if you follow some sensible advice and you’d certainly be assured of us finding you some excellent tenants.
